Where we deliver

We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you're outside this area, get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Costs

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay. We also offer free delivery once your order reaches our free-delivery threshold — you'll see this applied automatically in your basket.

Dispatch & timing

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once posted, standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation, and a tracking number where available.

Honey is a natural product and perfectly safe to enjoy at any temperature; if it crystallises in transit, simply warm the jar gently in warm water.

Packaging

Every jar is carefully wrapped and boxed to arrive safely. In the rare event something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.

Missed or delayed deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away.
