About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the HoneyHulk website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take care to keep prices and product details accurate, but if we spot a genuine error we'll let you know before dispatch and give you the choice to continue or cancel.

A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by SumUp. We don't store your card details. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Product information

Our honey is a raw, natural product, so colour, texture and taste can vary from batch to batch and it may naturally crystallise over time — this is a sign of pure honey, not a fault.

Do not give honey to infants under 12 months of age.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
