HoneyHulk is a small honey producer based in Nottinghamshire, UK. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us through this website.

When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider, SumUp — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to enquiries, and — only if you ask us to — let you know about new honey and offers.

We rely on our contract with you (to fulfil orders) and our legitimate interests (to run the shop and keep you updated) as our lawful basis for processing.

Sharing

We share your details only with the services we need to run the shop: our payment provider (SumUp), our delivery carrier (e.g. Royal Mail), and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Keeping it safe & how long

Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years for order records).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing to you, at any time. Just email us and we'll help. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
